Equipment Induction
If you are new to a gym environment or haven’t previously used Life Fitness equipment, it is advisable to book an induction with one of the team who will safely demonstrate how to use the equipment at a cost of £25. Please call to book: 07565895563
Fitness Programmes
The ‘Gym & Fitness’ Team encourage all clients to use a tailored fitness programme with regular reviews. This will be written for you as an individual with your unique goals in mind. Each programme costs £25.
Pay and Play is available to non members on classes and access to the gym at just £6 per session.
