The restaurant menus are designed by a team of enthusiastic chefs all with very different qualities; however the same aim, of sourcing fresh local ingredients to create innovative, tasty dishes that are imaginatively presented. What makes the Wild Boar Restaurant so unique is the loyalty of the Head Chef. Daniel Nutt has served at the hotel for 16 years and is passionate about the way his kitchens operate. A blend of experience, good organisation and dedication is what has driven this restaurant forward and what challenges other local restaurants to look upon and desire to know the hotels secret of its valuable reputation.

We are providing our "Table d'hote" menu's every evening in the Wild Boar Restaurant. A two course meal (starter & main) for 2 people for £20, amazing value. This menu is also included in our "Dinner Bed & Breakfast" offer, please see our special offers page for further details. We provide four different TDH menus and alternate them week to week. With an adjacent Cocktail Bar, pre and after dinner drinks can be enjoyed in comfort. The Wild Boar Restaurant can seat up to 100 guests, catering for intimate couples with cosy partitioned corners, as well as seating bigger groups in the Leger Room with up to 32 people all around one table. Party menus at set prices have already been designed for these types of occasions and together with the hotels excellent organisation, they guarantee an enjoyable experience. Prices start at £15.95pp for a three course meal and for just an extra £1pp, table cloths, linen coloured napkins, table flowers and place cards can also be provided and make the Wild Boar Restaurant the ideal venue for smaller celebrations.
The wine list is also extensive and has been carefully selected to compliment your meal, by offering quality wines and champagne from worldwide producing regions.
The a la carte menu and chef’s weekly specials are served seven days a week and provide fine examples of modern British Dining, while a Sunday Lunch time offers more traditional meals with a selection of roast joints, Yorkshire pudding & steak pie.

An informal Lounge Bar also offers traditional meals at an affordable price. This public house is proving to be popular with the locals through its selection of traditional cask ales, sky sports viewing, and Thursday's Quiz Night. Development to the beer garden is now complete, boasting a large patio with outside eating area and children’s play equipment. It’s defiantly the spot for all the family to relax and soak up the sunshine on a long summers afternoon while enjoying good food and drink.

The Sitwell Arms are proud to announce “Carlene” Award-winning young female local solo artist.... Singing in the Lounge Bar the last Saturday of every month, starting Saturday 28th Jan, 8pm onwards.
